Abstract (English):
The article is devoted to problematic aspects of legislative regulation of the abbreviated form of inquiry. The authors propose a simplified algorithm of inquiry and make reasonable changes to the Criminal procedure code of the Russian Federation, which can be more effective than regulatory fixed.
