On an example of "sacred sociology" Georges Bataille revealed affective mode of existence of power structures and the specifics of their relationship with society. As a conclusion states that the relationship between civilians and security forces, by definition, are not neutral and cant be explained only by the specific professional profile. Affective nature of these relations is structural, it is assumed by the logic of social self-organization
