The main act regulating legal relationship in the field of a turn of the weapon in our country, the Federal law «About the weapon» is 1996. In it concepts of subjects of a turn of the weapon ("weapon", "ammunition", "firearms", «the gas weapon» and so forth) are given; the subjects, having the right to get the weapon are listed; the order of control of a turn etc. is regulated. The urgency of fight against the crimes made with a use of weapons, and also with its illicit trafficking, entailed subject studying of this block of crimes and, as a result, its isolation [‡‡] .
