USE OF DIGITAL TRACES IN THE ACTIVITY OF IDENTIFICATION OF THE PERSON WHO COMMITTED THE CRIME

Abstract (English):
The information significance of digital traces as a source of forensically significant information about the searched criminal is determined. In the context of the studying topic some actual questions of forensic registration are considered, as well as the problems connected with the creation of special programs for the search of persons who committed crimes with the use of information and communication technologies (ICT). The perspective of development of quantum technologies and, as a consequence, the obvious need in the near future to modernise the existing scientific developments on issues related to the investigation of crimes committed with the use of ICT are noted.
