Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
Introduction: in article specific features of studying of uniform elements of blood - a source of olfactory identity of the person and also the most culture medium in which lymphocytes, on existence of the odorous components defining personal smell of human were located are considered. Materials and methods: the methodological basis of the conducted research is made by a dialectic method and general provisions of the theory of knowledge, logic, system approach to the considered problems, provisions of criminalistics and the general theory of judicial examination and also such natural sciences as biology, physiology of higher nervous activity, psychology, a zoopsychology, ethology, physics, chemistry and some other. Results of a research: in article the method of chemical extraction is considered individualizing the person the zapakhovykh of traces, allowing to emit the specified substances in most cleaned look suitable as for the further diagnostic analysis with a tool method of a thin layer chromatography, and for an identification research by a biotouch olfaktorny method that on orders lowers thresholds of detection of an olfaktorny signal and allows to take qualitative zapakhovy traces from earlier obviously unsuitable materials and objects. Conclusions and conclusions: the developed method for the first time in expert practice the zapakhovykh of traces of criminals proved the effectiveness concerning use of nail plates and subnail contents of the victim for effective extraction. It is also necessary to note that the specified objects, were earlier repeatedly investigated by the DNA analysis method (cellular substance tried to extract by means of the liziruyushchy buffer) which did not give data for identification on them genetic profiles of the persons identified in an olfaktorny research who committed the specified crime.
