The article analyses the properties of the identity of the subject of the crimes provided for by article 3222, and 3223 of the criminal code stipulating criminal liability for the fictitious registration of the citizen of the Russian Federation at the place of stay or residence in a residential area in the Russian Federation and the fictitious registration of foreign citizen or stateless person residence in a residential area in the Russian Federation, and also for fictitious registration of foreign citizen or the person without citizenship at the place of stay in a residential area in the Russian Federation. The study of the identity of the offender allows to identify its features and properties, acting on which you can change the behavior of the person, to reorient it to a normal lifestyle.
