In this article, the authors analyze the environmental situation in the Siberian Federal and far Eastern districts; on the basis of the analysis of statistics for the period 2016-2018 years, the structure, regional differences of criminal acts in the fight against crimes in the field of ecology; provides judicial practice of sentencing; the article provides a criminological forecast; proposed measures to combat criminal acts in the criminal sphere; developed a strategy to combat attacks on water bio resources, wildlife; possible additions to the code of criminal procedure are analyzed.
