Abstract (English):
In this article, the authors, based on the results of sociological research, analyzed the interdependence of citizens’ opinions about various aspects of public and private life with assessments of their level of security from criminal encroachments and police work; the justification of the inexpediency of evaluating one aspect in isolation from the context of the whole population is provided.
