This article discusses the individual applied problems arising in the practice of acquainting interested parties of criminal proceedings with criminal case materials before sending them to the court with the indictment. Based on the doctrinal provisions of the criminal procedure science, taking into account modern trends in criminal procedural law, the authors offer their own solutions to these problems which, in their opinion, will help to optimize investigative practice, will affect the real implementation of the rights of participants of criminal procedure activity.
