This article presents the results of the author's monitoring of prevention programs (prevention) juvenile delinquency, which are designed and implemented at the level of constituent entities of the Russian Federation in the period from 2015 to the present. It is noted that in the analysis the thematic range of design tasks, despite its diversity, is categorized in the following areas in descending rating frequency: relapse prevention drug and alcohol abuse; psychological and pedagogical support (less material) assistance for juveniles in difficult life situation; the opposition of involvement in extremist activity; support and development of initiatives in the field of healthy lifestyle (sport); education. Examining the content and regional focus of the public offers of welfare state tasks in the field of social policy, it is impossible to avoid the conclusion that such projects make up the deficit and white spaces as the target of programmes to prevent juvenile crime, and comprehensive plans to ensure the safety and protection of children.
