Abstract and keywords

Abstract (English):
The state policy in the area of drug trafficking and in the area of countermeasures to their illegal turnover is built on the principle of priority of the measures to prevent the drug-connected crimes. Voluntary treatment for drug addiction at a delay of criminal punishment showed very low prophylactic efficacy. Analyzed practice confirms the need for compulsory treatment of drug addicts, even at low achieving remission.
