Abstract and keywords

Abstract (English):
The article presents issues to improve the quality of public services. The author gives a classification of public services provided by law-enforcement bodies of the Russian Federation. In connection with redistribution of the state functions between the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia and Federal Service of armies of national guards of the Russian Federation, abolition of the Federal Migration Service of Russia and the Federal Drug Control Service of Russia the author proves to amend the List of public services provided by law-enforcement bodies of the Russian Federation. In order to avoid functions duplication it is offered to process several administrative rules granting the public services.
