Abstract (English):
The article says about the meaning of the classification of circumstantial evidence both for science and for the practice of the criminal process. Different general and specific classification base of circumstantial evidence, focuses on the importance and the specificity of each classification after reviewing existing grounds of classification is proposed to further classify the circumstantial evidence in their relation to the main fact.
