Abstract (English):
Work was undertaken to identify possible ways to improve procedures and reduce errors by using the phrase "loss of confidence" for the termination of the service relationship in the internal affairs. Summarizes the approach to subjectivity use the concept of "trust" in the domestic legislation, formulated the essence of this concept, consider legislation in the application of the concept of "loss of confidence" in respect of law enforcement officers, including in the area of conflicts of interest. Practical recommendations to improve the mechanism of official checks, as well as the organization of effective public control over the police department
