Liability for leaving in danger has existed in the criminal legislation of the Soviet period and in the Criminal Code of Russia. However a comparably small amount of crimes committed under Art.125 of the Criminal Code of the RF does not contribute to the development of skills, habits of the correct qualification in the activity of the law-enforcement bodies. That is why when such crimes are committed practitioners have a lot of questions. Without the necessary theoretical knowledge leaving in danger can be confused with murder or some other similar corpus delicti. In article complicated questions of qualification of persons made leaving in danger reveal at road and transport incident.[††]
