Abstract (English):
More than 70 % of fires occur in the living sector. In the living-space fund it is observed the greatest mortality on the fires, significant material losses. By the authors is brought analysis and the systematization of the reasons for fires in the living quarters, the prevailing tendencies in the region of fire hazard in the living sector of the Russian Federation are revealed[****].
