Abstract (English):
The essential increasing of quantity of foreign workers in the Russian Federation emphasized questions of legal regulation of foreign citizens work. The labour of foreign citizens, as a rule, is a cheap labour which, however, can become rather expensive, since official penalties for wrong registration of the foreign worker are very high. The following direction of activity of Federal Migrations Service bodies should be more active: observance of legislation on foreign citizens labour has to be guaranteed; prevention of illegal using of foreign citizens citizens should be fostered [†††].
