Abstract (English):
Since May, 1st, 2009 the requirements of fire safety stated in the Federal law №123 from 22.07.2008 «Technical regulations about requirements of fire safety» have come into force. Requirements of fire safety to fire-prevention water supply of settlements are reflected in article 68 of the Federal law. Authors of article result detailed calculation and a substantiation of free pressures in external water pipes according to requirements of the Federal law №123, and also the arch of rules 8.13130-2009 *.
