Abstract (English):
According to Constitution of Russia the Government heads executive power system. At the same time it exercises leadership, coordination and control of executive power. However, it is necessary to allocate such interaction with the block of Ministries of Defence which are directly subordinated to the President of the state. Such difficult scheme of relations of the authorities demands accurate differentiation of powers of the President and the Government in executive power sphere*.
