Abstract (English):
In article appointment and carrying out problems fire-technical expert appraisals are considered. Fire-technical expert appraisal is the basic examination appointed upon a fire. The expert's statement plays an essential role in investigation of crimes of the given category. Timely and qualitative carrying out of examination allows to establish a cause of the fire and can influence a course and results of investigation of the crimes connected with fires[††].
