Interrogation of the suspect (accused) certainly is one of the most important ways of getting the information on concrete affair. As a rule, from interrogation of the suspect (accused) investigating agencies know about all circumstances of commission of a crime: about a place and time of preparation for commission of a crime, about real quantity of participants of a crime, about ways of sale of the vehicle. However, in spite that exactly from interrogation great volume of the information so necessary for swindle investigation can be received by the investigator, the majority of the inspectors overestimate exclusiveness of the given investigatory action. Results of research of materials of criminal cases on the swindle facts in the secondary market of motor transport say that at investigation investigating agencies face criminals who very strongly differ from criminals in a lump. Whereas traditional ways of conducting interrogation are not always effective owing to a variety of individual properties of the personality of participants of a crime, there is a necessity of constant search of new - nonconventional methods of interrogation. And besides practice of investigation of crimes addresses to the given methods more and more often. Thus, necessity of detailed consideration of a problem concerning interrogation of the suspect (accused) on affairs about swindle in the secondary market of motor transport has now the big practical value[§].
