In this article based on the provisions of existing legislation and analysis of the activity of the economic security and anti-corruption divisions corruption offenses in the sphere of public procurement are taken into consideration especially. It identifies key issues faced by the operational units in detecting crimes of this category. It plans to determine on the basis of the analysis of positive experience the search criteria by which to identify these crimes, as well as to identify areas of documenting the crimes of corruption in procurement of goods, works and services for state and municipal needs.
