The article contains proposals on the algorithm of initial investigative actions for the detection, seizure and preservation of sufficient evidence that provide grounds for criminal prosecution of the head of an organization who caused damage by fraud or abuse of confidence in the sphere of housing and communal services in order to solve the main task of criminalistics - the fight against crime.
