In detecting the embezzlements of budgetary funds allocated for development of priority agro-industrial complex fields and at the initial stage of these offences investigation there are a number of issues that interfere with the work of law enforcement agencies. So, obstacles in the embezzlement detection are corruption, time characteristics, the specifics of concealing the committed crimes.
