Создание института бизнес-омбудсмена в России является одной из мер, направленных на обеспечение защиты субъектов предпринимательства во всех органах государственного управления, судах. В статье рассматривается роль и значение Уполномоченного по защите прав предпринимателей (бизнес-омбудсмена), в частности на региональном уровне, его правовой статус при решении вопрос, связанных с привлечением субъектов малого и среднего предпринимательства к административной и уголовной ответственности.

The establishment of the Institute of Business Ombudsman in Russia is one of the measures aimed at ensuring the protection of business entities in all public administration bodies and courts. The article examines the role and importance of the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs (business Ombudsman), in particular at the regional level, his legal status in solving issues related to bringing small and medium-sized businesses to administrative and criminal responsibility.
