The article is devoted to the analysis of the phenomenon of depersonalization of the historical process from the point of view of technology exception of the ethnic group with the purpose of stopping the discourse of social responsibility of the authorities to the society. By comparing the written and verbal paradigms of the history of the author outlines the actualization of practices to overcome the crisis of ethnic identity. The basis of this technology is a socio - philosophical analysis of the concept of irreversibility of social change, as the conceptual framework of the actualization of the phenomenon of imagined communities in the context of social philosophy[****].
