Незаконное производство наркотических средств, психотропных веществ или их аналогов представляет собой серьёзную угрозу жизни и здоровью общества. Использование современных технологий позволяет преступникам изготавливать крупные партии психоактивных веществ в кустарных условиях и обеспечивать их поставку сразу в несколько регионов. Разработка мер по борьбе с нелегальным наркопроизводством требует глубокого понимания причин и условий, способствующих совершению таких преступлений. В данной статье, опираясь на статистические данные, рассматриваются некоторые черты, характерные для личности производителей наркотиков. Знание криминологических характеристик преступников способствует разработке профилактических и оперативно-розыскных мероприятий, направленных на борьбу с этой опасной тенденцией.

The illegal production of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogues poses a serious threat to the life and health of society. The use of modern technologies allows criminals to manufacture large quantities of psychoactive substances in artisanal conditions and ensure their supply to several regions at once. Developing measures to combat illegal drug production requires a deep understanding of the causes and conditions that contribute to the commission of such crimes. This article, based on statistical data, examines some of the traits characteristic of the personality of drug manufacturers. Knowledge of the criminological characteristics of criminals can help in the development of preventive and operational investigative measures aimed at combating this dangerous trend.
