Актуальность статьи заключается в необходимости осознания новых угроз, возникающих в результате цифровизации экономики. В статье исследуется влияние информационно-телекоммуникационных технологий на эволюцию преступности в экономической сфере. Автор анализирует новые формы преступности в экономической сфере, возникающих в результате технологического развития. В свете современных реалий преступления, предусмотренные гл. 22 УК РФ требуют не только статистического пересмотра, но и глубокого анализа существующих данных с целью выявления новых закономерностей и тенденций, а также их переосмысления в условиях текущих вызовов. Изучение преступности в сфере экономической деятельности, связанной с использованием информационных технологий, представляет собой важное направление современного научного исследования. Оно позволяет выявлять и анализировать новые формы преступной активности, возникающие в условиях цифровизации, что способствует разработке эффективных превентивных мер. Обратим внимание, что возможности всестороннего и объективного анализа реальной динамики преступности в сфере информационно-телекоммуникационных технологий (ИТТ) существенно ограничены, в том числе в силу того, что не все виды преступлений, предусмотренные гл. 22 УК РФ, подлежат систематическому учету в контексте их связи с использованием ИТТ. В рамках данного исследования мы вынуждены ограничиться анализом эмпирических данных, полученных исключительно из форм статистической отчетности ГИАЦ МВД России. Такое ограничение обусловлено отсутствием альтернативных источников информации, что может повлиять на полноту и многогранность выводов. Однако использование официальной статистики ГИАЦ МВД России обеспечивает репрезентативность данных в рамках установленных параметров учета, что позволяет провести достоверный анализ в контексте заявленной проблематики.

The relevance of the article lies in the need to understand the new threats that arise as a result of the digitalization of the economy. The article examines the impact of information and telecommunication technologies on the evolution of crime in the economic sphere. The author analyzes new forms of crime in the economic sphere that arise as a result of technological development. In the light of modern realities, the crimes provided for in Chapter 22 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation require not only a statistical review, but also an in-depth analysis of existing data in order to identify new patterns and trends, as well as their rethinking in the context of current challenges. The study of crime in the sphere of economic activity related to the use of information technologies is an important area of scientific research. It allows us to identify and analyze new forms of criminal activity arising in the context of digitalization, which contributes to the development of effective preventive measures. It should be noted that the possibilities of a comprehensive and objective analysis of the real dynamics of crime in the sphere of information and telecommunication technologies (ITT) are significantly limited, including due to the fact that not all types of crimes provided for in Chapter 22 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation are subject to systematic accounting in the context of their connection with the use of ITT. In this study, we are forced to limit ourselves to the analysis of empirical data obtained exclusively from the statistical reporting forms of the GIAC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. This limitation is due to the lack of alternative sources of information, which may affect the completeness and versatility of the conclusions. However, the use of official statistics of the GIAC of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia ensures the representativeness of the data within the established accounting parameters, which allows for a reliable analysis in the context of the stated problem.
