В статье предпринята попытка проанализировать процессы мониторинга качества обучения в вузе системы МВД России с позиции Европейских стандартов и рекомендаций для внутренней гарантии качества высших учебных заведений. В частности, обозначено, какие формы, методы, механизмы выработаны в Восточно-Сибирском институте МВД России для обеспечения политики и процедуры гарантии качества вуза, утверждения, мониторинга и периодической оценки программ и квалификаций, оценки уровня знаний студентов, гарантии качества профессорско-преподавательского состава, образовательных ресурсов и системы поддержки студентов.

In this paper, an attempt has been made to analyze the training quality monitoring processes at a higher education institution within the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation from the point of view of the European standards and recommendations for inner quality guarantee of higher education institutions. In particular, this survey presents the forms, methods and mechanisms worked out at the East-Siberian Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for providing the policy and procedures to guarantee the quality of the higher education institution as well as for approvement, monitoring and regular estimations of programs and qualifications, and for evaluation of cadets' knowledge, qualification of faculty, educational resources and cadets' support system*.
