Статья посвящена характеристике обстоятельств виктимизации от насильственных преступлений в местах лишения свободы. По результатам исследования выделены виды взаимодействия между потерпевшим и преступником при совершении насильственного преступления в местах лишения свободы, определены характер их взаимоотношений, а также обстоятельства виктимизации, характерные только для данного вида преступлений.

The paper is devoted to characteristics of victimization in the crimes of violence committed in confinement. The results of the study allowed to single out types of interaction between the assailant and the victim in the crimes of violence penitentiary institutions, to define the character of their interaction as well as the circumstances of victimization that are characteristic of this category of crime*.
