Рассмотрены теоретические основы оценки параметров модели измерения, предложены аналитические зависимости для модели Г. Раша. Описана технология поиска параметров модели Г. Раша средствами Microsoft Excel. Проведен анализ результатов подбора параметров модели и анализ качества моделей.
